Variation

“Before I worked at Morssinkhof Plastics, I was self-employed and ran my own all-round handyman business. In 2014, I joined Morssinkhof Plastics; I started there as a production employee until 2018, and since then I have been working as a logistics employee. What I like most about my role is the variety of tasks and people.”

Daily tasks

“My daily duties as a logistics employee are extensive, such as booking additional shipments, coordinating incoming and outgoing freight, and checking production: is everything running smoothly, are the big bags properly sorted, etc. I consider it an advantage that I have worked in production; this means I am familiar with all kinds of tasks.”

Challenge

“I am most proud of my personal growth, and I would also like to grow further in my role. For me, it’s a challenge to ‘delegate’ more; I tend to take on all tasks myself, which I enjoy doing, but shouldn’t always do.”

Morssinkhof great employer

“Working at Morssinkhof Plastics is good. I have great colleagues, the atmosphere is good, the conditions are good—in short, an excellent employer. My commute is only 25 km, which I find very pleasant; if possible, I go by bike.”

The future

“Of course, you never have a guarantee for the future, but if it’s up to me, I’ll still be working here in 5 or 10 years.”
